The all-new Blue Falcon camera system (3d-Micro-DIC) has been developed for full-field strain and deformation measurement on small fields-of-view (FOV), achieving the highest precision, accuracy, and spatial resolution through 3D digital image correlation (DIC). This versatile system relies on an adjustable Scheimpflug mechanism, which enables the rotation of the focal planes of the stereo camera pair into a single parallel plane by tilting the sensors inside the camera body.
